Satine has arrived in Boston!  MOULIN ROUGE! The Musical begins performances tomorrow, July 9, at Boston's Colonia Theatre following construction-related delays, and we've got your first look at the show's leading lady in costume. Check out the first image of Karen Olivo as 'Satine' below!

As a result of a construction-related issue that was part of the renovation of the Emerson Colonial Theatre and unrelated to the production, the pre-Broadway engagement of Moulin Rouge! The Musical has set new engagement dates at the Boston venue.

Bandstand, Richard Oberacker and Robert Taylor's Broadway musical directed and choreographed by three-time Tony Award winner Andy Blankenbuehler (Hamilton), will bring high-octane, heart-stopping, spectacular dancing to movie theaters nationwide this summer in "BANDSTAND: The Broadway Musical on Screen." In addition to the feature content, audiences will enjoy behind-the-scenes and never-before-seen footage of the production.

The pre-Broadway engagement of Moulin Rouge! The Musical, has been extended before performances even begin due to popular demand. Originally scheduled to play from June 27 through August, 5, 2018, the production will now run through August 19, for 16 additional performances. The official opening night is Sunday, July 22.

Complete casting has been announced for Moulin Rouge! The Musical, which begins rehearsals today for the Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG)'s Emerson Colonial Theatre engagement of just 36 performances from June 27, 2018 through August, 5, 2018. Reviving a great theatrical tradition, Boston's crown jewel reopens its doors this summer with the World Premiere engagement of the musical, based on the 2001 20th Century Fox Motion Picture by Baz Luhrmann.

Though they played their final Broadway gig last fall, the Donny Nova Band is getting back together- this time for the big screen. According to Forbes, Bandstand, which won a Tony Award last year and played for 166 performances at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre, will arrive in movie theatres across the country this June.

The Broadway at Birdland concert series was thrilled to host another two sold-out performances of 'The Donny Nova Band Featuring Julia Trojan.' The talented actor/singer/musicians from the Broadway musical, Bandstand reassembled for two very special concerts on Sunday and Monday.

Matt DeAngelis (Waitress), Cassidy Stirtz (ONCE) and Erikka Walsh (Once) have teamed up once again, with additional members from every U.S. Company of ONCE: The Musical, for a FREE one-night only musical jam extravaganza. Tonight, titled 'Broadway Does St. Paddy's', has company members joining forces to celebrate the 'Luck O' The Irish' and benefit VH1's Save The Music Foundation by raising money to keep music in public schools around the United States. 'Broadway Does St. Paddy's Day' is sure to be filled with music, storytelling, and most importantly, keeping arts in education.
