Celebrating 30 years of music making, the Grammy-winning, first all-women Celtic music ensemble, Cherish the Ladies, comes to Pepperdine University's Smothers Theatre in Malibu on Tuesday, March 22 at 8 p.m.

Irish-American phenomenon Cherish The Ladies returns to the SOPAC stage in a much-anticipated holiday performance tonight, December 19th at 8:00 p.m. Cherish the Ladies perform classic Christmas carols in their signature arrangements highlighting unique Celtic instrumentation, beautiful harmonies, and spectacular Irish step-dancing.

The new Pete Seeger DVD is finally available, in tandem with the remastered CD of the 1997 album PETE, or separately. Although the DVD will not be released nationally until next year, pre-release downloads and physical copies are available though their website.

The World Music Institute concludes its 2014-15 Around the World, Around the City series with Cherish the Ladies: An Irish Homecoming tonight, March 7, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. at Peter Norton Symphony Space.

Ithaca favorites The Burns Sisters return to the Hangar Theatre this weekend, December 12 and 13 at 8pm for a Holiday Concert and a special pre-release of their new CD Looking Back...Our American Irish Souls. They will be performing original songs and holiday classics from around the world. The Hangar has partnered with the Food Bank of the Southern Tier and will collect donations for that organization on both evenings.

The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra Pops presents A St. Patrick's Day Celebration with Cherish the Ladies on March 14-16, 2014, at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts. Led by guest conductor Michael Krajewski, the Celtic celebration includes music of the Emerald Isle from the all-female traditional Irish music and dance ensemble, Cherish the Ladies.

At this annual solstice ritual, the Paul Winter Consort celebrates the first sunrise of summer within the vast acoustics of the world's largest cathedral, New York's Cathedral of St. John the Divine. Beginning in complete darkness, musicians surrounding the audience play continuously for two hours as the cathedral's stained-glass windows gradually illuminate to usher in the longest day of the year.
