The group, featuring Zach Williams (vocals), Brian Elmquist (guitar and vocals), and Kanene Pipkin (mandolin and vocals), performs songs from their self-titled debut album released by Descendant Records / Sony Music this past January.

Emily Alyn Lind enrolls in Mackerel Middle School to portray Jamie Kelly - the diary keeper of Jim Benton's beloved books-turned-Hallmark Channel movie. Lind performs seven original songs for the soundtrack including, "Dear Dumb Diary," "My Awesomeness is Awesome," and "Dear Future Jamie," a cover of Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi," and the new single, "Same Girl." The Old Globe today announced that San Diego musical artists The Midnight Pine and Stevie Harris have joined the lineup for the Globe's one-night-only Jeff Buckley Tribute Concert on Monday, Aug. 19 at 7:00 p.m. The concert, which features several prominent local artists covering the songs of the legendary musician, coincides with the Globe's upcoming production of The Last Goodbye, a fusion of Buckley's music with Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.

The morning service was held at the Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine on Manhattan's Upper West Side. Teen pop impresario and songwriter Brian Lukow has concluded an agreement for independent film director Martin Guigui to helm the feature film Crazy For The Boys, a musical dramedy which was written by Lukow, and is aimed at the burgeoning, lucrative tween and teen audience. Based on the fictional back story of the five-member girl group Drama Drama, the film will be produced by Michael Z. Gordon, a BMI Award-winning songwriter who founded surf-sound pop groups The Marketts and The Routers, and whose film and television composing credits include Pulp Fiction, Everybody Loves Raymond and Ally McBeal.
