Hackney Showroom presents the world première of for all the women who thought they were Mad by Zawe Ashton. Associate Director of Hackney Showroom's Jo McInnes directs Layo-Christina Akinlude (Angela), Mina Andala (Joy), Jennifer Dixon (Kim), Joy Elias-Rilwan (Margaret), Jumoké Fashola (Ruth), Michael Fitzgerald (Boss/Doctor), Janet Kumah (Rose), with Elena Coleman, Chiamara Nwosu and Rae Ann Quayle sharing the role of Nambi. The production opens at Stoke Newington Town Hall on 17 October, with previews from 14 October, and runs until 9 November – marking Hackney Showroom's a new partnership with the London Borough of Hackney to bring theatre to Stoke Newington Town Hall.

Directed by Jo McInnes it opens on 17 October, with previews from 14 October, and runs until 9 November.

Nina Lyndon And Sam Curtis Lindsay Announce Hackney Showroom Productions

Nina Lyndon and Sam Curtis Lindsay, co-Artistic Directors and co-Founders of Hackney Showroom, today announce the launch of their new production company Hackney Showroom Productions as they prepare to leave the company's current premises at Hackney Downs Studios in East London. Also announced is the launch of the company's artist development programme Hackney Showroom Arts Lab.

Photo Flash: In Rehearsal with THE JUNGLE; Full Cast Announced

Following critical acclaim, and a sold-out run at the Young Vic, producers Sonia Friedman Productions, Tom Kirdahy and Hunter Arnold are delighted to announce the full cast for the West End transfer of Joe Murphy and Joe Robertson's The Jungle, a National Theatre and Young Vic co-production with Good Chance Theatre,directed by Stephen Daldry and Justin Martin. The production is set in Europe's largest unofficial refugee camp, the Calais Jungle, which in 2015, became a temporary home for more than 10,000 people.  Previewing from 16 June, with World Refugee Day on 20 June, The Jungle will have an Opening Night on 5 July at the Playhouse Theatre, with rehearsal photography released today.
