Producers Aaron Grant, Jana Robbins, Jeremy Handelman, Craig Haffner & Karl E. Held have announced that for its first eight weeks, WHITE'S LIES will star BETTY BUCKLEY as Mrs. White.

Producers Aaron Grant, Jana Robbins & Jeremy Handelman have announced that SCOTT PATTERSON has been cast in the lead role of Joe White in WHITE'S LIES, a new comedy by Ben Andron & directed by Bob Cline, which is scheduled to open on April 12, 2010, at New World Stages. Grant, who produced the staged reading in September, 2009, is thrilled to have the former star of "Gilmore Girls" on board as Joe White. Mr. Patterson joins a cast that already includes Peter Scolari, Christy Carlson Romano & Jimmy Ray Bennett.

Sonnet Repertory Theatre (SRT) has announced its scheduled line-up for 'Sonnet Sings the Bard' concert, which takes place on November 16 at the 92YTribeca. Contributing composers to this one-night-only benefit event include: Tony, Grammy, Emmy and Drama Desk Award-winning and Academy Award-nominated composers and lyricists Marc Shaiman and Scott Whittman (Hairspray, Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me, Patti LuPone on Broadway), Tony, Grammy and Emmy-nominated and Academy Award-winning composer David Shire (Baby, Closer Than Ever, Big, Saturday Night Fever), Georgia Stitt (This Ordinary Thursday: The Songs Of Georgia Stitt with Sara Ramirez, Kelli O'Hara, Faith Prince, and many more), Ray Leslee (Avenue X, Educating Rita, Standup Shakespeare), Karl Mansfield (conductor and keyboardist for Broadway's Xanadu, La Boheme, 13, Dracula, Corum Boy, Sweet Charity, and Off-Broadway's Grey Gardens, Toxic Avenger, Shafrika the White Girl and Alter Boyz), and Wade McCollum (composer and lyricist for ONE, and award-winning performance in Hedwig and the Angry Inch).

The producers of the Miami Improv Festival invited The Nuclear Family to perform as the weekend's headliner because of their wild and always crazy plots mixed with the incredible singing, dancing and acting talents of John Gregorio, Stephen Guarino, and Jimmy Ray Bennett. Executive Producer, David Christopher explains, 'It is a tremendous treat to have a group as funny and talented as The Nuclear Family here at the Miami Improv Festival. After their breakout performance at the Miami Improv Festival in 2003 we have eagerly been trying to get their great show back to South Florida.
