City Parks Foundation (CPF) is pleased to announce their 2019 Gala fundraiser, taking place Thursday, September 26 in Central Park. Dinner and a concert under the stars will be held at the newly refurbished flagship SummerStage venue while celebrating the organization's 30th anniversary. This year's event will honor Paradigm Talent Agency's Head of Global Music Marty Diamond and ING Americas with Gerald Walker, CEO. Guests will enjoy special performances by internationally renownedsinger-songwriters Sara Bareilles, David Gray and Janelle Monáe in an intimate concert setting.

Nassau County's newest state of the art theater and special events venue, The Space at Westbury opened September 17 on the site of the long abandoned, graffiti-filled eyesore, the historic Westbury Theater. The vision of developer Cyrus Hakakian and his Lowe Properties partners, the project has been nine years in the making but is now open for business. Scroll down for photos!
