Lamb's Players Theatre announces their upcoming event '100 Hours of Stories.' From today, May 8 - 12, 2014, LAMB'S will make history. With the help of favorite local theatre artists, and community members, the San Diego nonprofit will present 100 consecutive hours of play and musical readings to break the Guinness World Record for Longest Marathon Theatrical Performance and celebrate Lamb's.

Lamb's Players Theatre welcomes Deborah Gilmour Smyth as the brilliant and exacting professor of metaphysical poetry with much still to discover as she undergoes experimental treatment for cancer in this moving and triumphant winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, WIT. Rehearsals are underway for Thornton Wilder's Pulitzer Prize-Winning OUR TOWN, featuring an impressive array of San Diego actors including Resident Artists Jo Anne Glover and Francis Gercke as the young lovers, Emily and George, and Sylvia M'Lafi Thompson as the over-seeing Stage Manager. OUR TOWN will close at Cygnet Theatre in Old Town July 10th, 2011.

Despite the recent cold weather outside, inside Cygnet Theatre the heat is rising with the steamy world of the Kit Kat Klub in Kander and Ebb's CABARET. Rehearsals are underway with Artistic Director Sean Murray at the helm, Billy Thompson as Music Director and David Brannen as Choreographer.
