Craig 'muMs' Grant (actor, writer, poet and LAByrinth Theater Co. member) and V. Steinberg Productions, in association with The Present Company as part of the 18th Annual New York International Fringe Festival, present the World premiere of 'muMs' second play LOVENESS: I WILL ONLY LOVE YOU ONCE, directed by Jill DeArmon (co-founder Developing Artists Theater Company, former Managing Director LAByrinth Theater Co.) at Fringe Venue #17 - The Players Theater (115 MacDougal Street, between West 3rd and Bleecker) in Manhattan.

Next month LOCOMBIA, a new theatrical piece written by J. Anthony Roman, will get a premiere run from 9/26-9/28 at Speyer Hall at University Settlement (184 Eldridge Street). Fusing music, poetry and multimedia alongside Roman's own experiences in South America, LOCOMBIA is a comedic travel writing exodus that explores the similarities of being poor in a third world country and being broke in the USA.

Rattlestick Playwrights Theater announced today that they will kick off their 2011/2012 season with the F*!@cking Good Plays (festival, II) - seven (7) days of new play readings by ten (10) of today's hottest playwrights. The festival, to be presented at Rattlestick Theater (224 Waverly Place - off 7th Avenue South between West 11th & Perry Streets), will begin on Monday, August 1st and continue through Sunday, August 7th. Playwrights include: Trent Creswell, Jessica Dickey, Laura Eason, Kathryn Hathaway, Andrew Hinderaker, Bruce Kronenberg, James Lecesne, Florencia Lozano, Erica Schmidt, and Ken Urban. The readings will be directed by Jessica Blank, Denis Butkus, Evan Cabnet, Trip Cullman, Jill DeArmon, Michael Padden, Erica Schmidt, and Daniella Topol.
