Directed by Donnie Kehr, this one-night-only milestone event featuring the original cast of the groundbreaking Broadway musical took place Monday, December 15 at 8:00 PM at the August Wilson Theatre (245 West 52nd Street). The event will premiere two short plays read by Chris Cooper, Drea de Matteo, Anne Meara, Jerry Stiller and Stanley Tucci, introduced by Michael Imperioli. The featured plays are when heaven and earth by Anastasia Traina and Squalor by Gina Gionfriddo. The evening will also feature the presentation of a special award to the legendary Lauren Bacall.
