The Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning Vineyard Theatre (108 East 15 Street) has announced an additional two weeks will go on sale today for the world-premiere of THE SCOTTSBORO BOYS: starting Tuesday, March 9, seats for the musical will be on sale through April 18. THE SCOTTSBORO BOYS was previously scheduled to run through April 4. Now in previews, THE SCOTTSBORO BOYS has its official opening night on March 10.

Reprise Theatre Company presents Jerry Seinfeld Live! hosted by Jason Alexander, for one performance only on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 8:00 pm, at the Saban Theatre, Beverly Hills (formerly the Wilshire Theatre). The Tony Award-winning Vineyard Theatre is presenting the world-premiere of the new musical THE SCOTTSBORO BOYS, with music and lyrics by Tony Award-winners John Kander and Fred Ebb, book by David Thompson and directed by Tony Award-winner Susan Stroman with musical direction by David Loud.

Fred Applegate has joined the cast of the critically-acclaimed, Olivier Award-winning Menier Chocolate Factory production of LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, playing the roles of Edouard Dindon, the rigidly conservative head of the Tradition, Family and Morality Party and café owner M. Renaud. LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, starring five-time Emmy Award winner Kelsey Grammer and Olivier Award-winner Douglas Hodge, goes into rehearsal in New York on Monday, March 1.

The Magic Castle offers yet another great Broadway star to the stage of Cabaret at the Castle with Lee Roy Reams. The man who columnist Liz Smith called 'Broadway's Darling' and the New York Times hailed as 'Broadway's song and dance man nonpareil' is scheduled to appear for one night only. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Sealed With A Wish Foundation, Inc.

The Gretna Theatre has announced their 2010 summer season. Productions will include Nunsense starring Sally Struthers, The Marvelous Wonderettes, The Will Rogers Follies, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Peter Pan, Mr. Hobbs' Vacation, and Mame. The season will begin with Nunsense, opening June 3rd.

She was an excellent conversationalist and displayed great perception about theatre, human behavior and the production she is currently appearing in. Additionally, there's a warmth to her voice that made it easy to forget the inclement weather outside the window.
