In addition to its Mainstage and Children's Theatre seasons, The Way Off Broadway Dinner Theatre is also known for presenting a number of events throughout the year including interactive murder mysteries, princess and fairytale breakfasts, a wildly popular Breakfast with Santa (and Mrs. Claus), as well as special theatrical productions.

The Way Off Broadway Dinner Theatre and Children's Theatre held its first Princess Breakfast during the summer of 2008 and it was an instant success.

Faith Prince has won the Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle awards for her role as Ms. Adelaide in the critically-acclaimed revival of 'Guys and Dolls.' On Dec. 3, Prince will present 'Total Faith,' a one-night only concert at Northwestern University.

La Cage Aux Folles, starring film and TV actor George Hamilton and two-time Tony Award nominee and St. Paul native Christopher Sieber, runs at the State Theatre Oct. 18-23, 2011, kicking off Hennepin Theatre Trust's 2011/12 Broadway Across America-Minneapolis Season.

This year's Children's Theatre season has been one of the biggest ever, having, for the first time, brought a Disney production to the Way Off Broadway stage with Disney's 101 Dalmatians at the beginning of the year and a regional theatre premiere of Dora the Explorer Live! Dora's Pirate Adventure this past fall.

The University of Miami College of Arts and Sciences' Department of Theatre Arts continues its exciting season this November with the musical Fifty*Four*Forever, conceived and directed by nine-time Tony Award winner Tommy Tune.

The musical JERRY'S GIRLS by Jerry Herman opens at the Manatee Players on October 27 and plays through November 13. Performances are Tuesday - Thursday at 7:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.

Powerhouse Broadway veteran Tovah Feldshuh stars in Gypsy at Bristol Riverside Theatre as part of its 25th Anniversary Season on December 6-January 15. With music by Jule Styne, lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by Arthur Laurents, the production is directed by Keith Baker and also features Robert Newman, Amanda Rose, Brittney Lee Hamilton, Joe Grandy, Bethe B. Austin, Kathryn Kendall, and Demetria Joyce Bailey.

On Monday, October 24, award-winning NYC cabaret favorite (and Second City alum) Colleen McHugh brought a hilarious and heartbreaking collection of songs for the terminally hopeful/truly hopeless to the Broadway at Birdland concert series stage.

JASON GRAAE, the L.A. DRAMA CRITICS CIRCLE AWARD winner and Broadway and cabaret star, opened his acclaimed tribute to Jerry Herman, 'PERFECT HERMANY' at The Laurie Beechman Theatre in West Bank Cafe, 407 West 42nd Street, on Tuesday, October 18 at 7 PM. The Broadway at Birdland concert series has announced that Colleen McHugh will be making her Birdland debut on Monday, October 24 at 7pm.

The new work conceived and directed by Tommy Tune and written by Mark Saltzman, originally titled FOREVER 54, will now be titled FIFTY FOUR FOREVER. It will receive its world premiere at The University of Miami's Jerry Herman Ring Theatre, from November 9 to 19.
