'We can't wait to get 2016 - and the 3rd season of (mostly)musicals - off to a *happy* start. There are no sad songs allowed at this show!' explains producer amy francis schott.

42nd Street Moon announces FALLING IN LOVE WITH LOVE, a fundraising gala that will honor Co-Founder and Artistic Director Greg MacKellan, who will complete his 23rd and final season with the company this June. Singer, actress, and veteran Moon performer Klea Blackhurst will serenade patrons in an exclusive concert during the evening. The event also includes cocktails, a live auction, dinner, and a "MoonLight Lounge" with Musical Director Dave Dobrusky and other 42nd Street Moon performers.  Cocktail attire is encouraged. NJTV, New Jersey's public television network, and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) announced that the 3rd Season of the award-winning American Songbook at NJPAC series will be broadcast on NJTV beginning January 6, 2016 (check local listings).

After a sold-out engagement last May, award-winning, Grammy-nominated cabaret legend Marilyn Maye returns to Feinstein's at the Nikko with her new show, Marilyn Maye Sings Mercer & More, on Thursday, January 28 (8 p.m.) and Friday, January 29 (8 p.m.). Maye will pay tribute to renowned lyricist Johnny Mercer ('Moon River,' 'One for My Baby (and One More for the Road),' 'That Old Black Magic').

ELOISE creator Hilary Knight caught up with Evelyn Rudie who created the role of ELOISE in 1956 on television's 'Playhouse 90.' It brought her critical acclaim and an Emmy nomination at age six-the first time a child actress was so honored.
