PBS announced today that Tuesday, October 15, 2013, is 'Superheroes Night,' featuring a three-hour block dedicated to the groundbreaking program SUPERHEROES: A NEVER-ENDING BATTLE.

'Marvel's Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.,' is an action-packed, fun-filled animated series starring Marvel's strongest super heroes - Hulk, She-Hulk, A-Bomb, Red Hulk and Skaar. In this first Marvel produced Hulk animated series, this Gamma group forms an unlikely family living under one roof, battling evil villains and proving to the world they are not monsters - they are Hulk-sized heroes. The series premieres with a special two-part episode on today, AUGUST 11 (11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., ET/PT). Immediately following, a brand new episode of 'Marvel's Avengers Assemble' (12:00 - 12:30 p.m., ET/PT) airs in this special super-sized Marvel Universe block on Disney XD.

Guests at the D23 Expo will be among the first to see the highly anticipated one-hour drama Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on Sunday, August 11 at 3:00 p.m. in the D23 Expo Arena.

Disney XD has ordered a third season of its #1 animated series 'Marvel's Ultimate Spider-Man,' it was announced this weekend by David Levine, Vice President and General Manager, Disney XD Worldwide, and Jeph Loeb, Executive Vice President and Head of Marvel Television. The season three debut of MTV's hit scripted series 'Teen Wolf' garnered a 2.3 P12-34 rating, making it the highest-rated telecast for the series to date, up 15 percent from the season two debut and up 10 percent from the season one launch, both of which premiered immediately following the 'MTV Movie Awards.' The premiere episode drew 2.4 million total viewers, making it the most-watched series telecast to date. It also ranked as Monday's #1 original cable series of the day, delivering 1.8 million P12-34 viewers.

ABC Studios had another banner development year with nine new shows ordered to series. New dramas "Betrayal," "Killer Women," "Lucky 7," "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland," "Resurrection," along with new comedies "Trophy Wife" and "Mixology," were picked up at ABC. New drama "Intelligence" was ordered at CBS. ABC Studios had the most drama orders of any studio.
