The Fringe Festival comes to Kansas City for eleven days beginning on July 17 and running through July 27. The festival combines theater, fashion, visual arts, burlesque, dance, music, and film to give the artist an opportunity to produce their work regardless of content. The Fringe Festival utilizes numerous venues to bring the fresh original works to the Kansas City audience.

Lot in Life Productions, LLC presents the New York premiere of playwright Vicki Vodrey's black comedy HANKY PANKY, directed by Richard Dines as part of the twelfth annual Midtown International Theatre Festival (MITF) on Saturday, July 23 at 3:00pm; Sunday, July 24 at 8:00pm; Monday, July 25 at 8:00pm; and Tuesday, July 26 at 8:00pm at TBG Arts Center Main stage (312 W 36th Street, 3rd floor).
Eric Rosen, Artistic Director of Kansas City Repertory Theatre, has cast thirteen veteran Kansas City actors in the Rep's production of Tracy Letts' August: Osage County, which Rosen will direct. The show runs September 16-October 9 at the Rep's Spencer Theatre.

Featuring some of the finest professional actors in the Greater Kansas City area, this concert-style stage reading will be presented on Monday, February 21, at 7:30PM in the Music & Art Building on the campus of St. Teresa's Academy/KCYA.
