Roundabout Theatre Company and Fiasco Theater's production of Merrily We Roll Along, featuring a book by George Furth and music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, directed by Noah Brody, opened just last night at the Laura Pels Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre (111 West 46th Street). National Alliance for Musical Theatre (Betsy King Militello, Executive Director) is thrilled to announce final casting for the 30th Annual FESTIVAL OF NEW MUSICALS along with The Songwriters Showcase and Midday Cabarets. The FESTIVAL OF NEW MUSICALS takes place on Thursday, October 25 and Friday, October 26, 2018 at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues). Festival events kick off on Monday, October 22 with Thank You, 30! a gala event to celebrate the 30th Annual Festival.

The Green Room 42, along with Executive Director Yael Silver played host on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 to the second edition cabaret of The Early Night Show LIVE! created, written, directed and performed by 12 year old Joshua Turchin.

This edition celebrates the 15th Anniversary of the series. 

NEUROSIS, with a book by Allan Rice, music by Ben Green, and lyrics by Greg Edwards, just hit the studio to record an original Off-Broadway cast album this fall with JAY Records and produced by John Yap.

While the exact location of composer Ben Green, lyricist Greg Edwards and bookwriter Allan Rice's funny and frothy new musical dating adventure, Neurosis, is never revealed, it's a safe bet that New Yorkers, who have glamorized and romanticized neurotic tendencies into a beloved badge of honor, will mightily relate to its wacky antics in the name of love.

NEUROSIS, a new musical with a book by Allan Rice, music by Ben Green, and lyrics by Greg Edwards, announced today that Danny Gardner (Dames at Sea) and Natalie Charle Ellis (School of Rock) will be joining the cast as "Frank" and "Samantha," respectively, beginning September 26, 2018.

NEUROSIS, with a book by Allan Rice, music by Ben Green, and lyrics by Greg Edwards, announced today that it will record an original Off-Broadway cast album this fall with JAY Records and produced by John Yap.

Casting has been announced for THE FLOOD, an original musical inspired by the historic 1993 Mississippi River Floods. This one night only special concert presentation will take place at TheTimesCenter (242 West 41st Street) on Saturday, September 8 at 8pm. Produced by the Prospect Theater Company, THE FLOOD kicks off their 2018-2019 season and this IGNITE series concert is presented in partnership with Greymatters Productions.
