Film Forum to Screen 35mm Restoration of THE FRONT PAGE

Lewis Milestone's THE FRONT PAGE (1931), starring Adolphe Menjou and Pat O'Brien in the first, most faithful, and most purely cinematic adaptation of Hecht & MacArthur's classic play, will have a special screening at Film Forum on April 27 at 4:50pm and 7:50.

Soho Rep. Announces Return To Walker Street for 2018 Season

Soho Rep. is pleased to announce an anticipated return to 46 Walker Street for the 2018 season. The storefront venue, which was closed in September 2016, has been Soho Rep.'s artistic home since 1991 and where it has produced such notable works as Sarah Kane's Blasted, Annie Baker's Uncle Vanya, and Branden Jacobs-Jenkins' An Octoroon, among others.

Gillian Saker (BBC Two's Ripper Street) performs the role of Jon's girlfriend Susan, with Jordan Shaw (Motown The Musical, Shaftesbury Theatre) playing the part of Michael, Jon's childhood friend.

A friendly reminder! Theatre for a New Audience presents the Yale Repertory Theatre production of Samuel Beckett's masterpiece Happy Days, beginning this Sunday, April 23. Two-time Academy Award-winner Dianne Wiest (Hannah and Her Sisters, Bullets over Broadway) plays Winnie, widely considered modern drama's pinnacle female role, alongside Jarlath Conroy, who plays Willie, directed by Yale Repertory Theatre Artistic Director James Bundy.
