The series stars Caitlin Gerard ('The Social Network'), Virginia Madsen ('Sideways'), Stephen Moyer ('True Blood'), along with Alexandra Holden ('Friday Night Lights'), Jaime Murray ('Dexter,' 'Spartacus'), Kyle Gallner ('A Nightmare on Elm Street'), Iddo Goldberg ('Diary of a Call Girl,' 'Uprising'), Laura Spencer, Dorothy Davis, Allison McAtee, Andrea De Oliveira, John Ales, and Cass Castelow. Tribeca Film announced today that it has acquired all North American rights to FOR ELLEN, described as 'a deeply felt dramatic study of a father's efforts at reconciliation with his young daughter.'

Academy Award-nominated and Golden Globe Award-winning actress Chloe Sevigny will guest star in an upcoming episode of the hit Wolf Films/NBC drama LAW AND ORDER: Special Victims Unit. The episode is titled "Valentine's Day" and will air later this season.

Yesterday, May 23, the new film, Sucker Punched, premiered at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles. Sucker Punch is an American action-fantasy film written by Steve Shibuya and Zack Snyder, and directed by Snyder. Sucker Punch features an ensemble female cast that includes Emily Browning, Abbie Cornish, Jena Malone, Vanessa Hudgens and Jamie Chung. The film follows a young girl in the 1950s about to be lobotomized as she attempts to escape an asylum with her inmate friends.

Next to Normal, with music by Tom Kitt and lyrics by Brian Yorkey, is making its west coast premiere at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles. With a thrilling contemporary score, 'Next to Normal' is an emotional powerhouse of a musical about a family trying to take care of themselves and each other. The Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical features original Broadway star Alice Ripley, who won the Tony for her performance. Next to Normal also features Asa Somers (Dan), Curt Hansen (Gabe), Emma Hunton (Natalie), Jeremy Kushnier (Dr. Madden/Dr. Fine) and Preston Sadleir (Henry).

So history was made that year when the Gershwin, Gershwin, Kaufman & Ryskin lark Of Thee I Sing became the first musical so honored, leaving O'Neill waiting until after his death to nab another, for Long Day's Journey Into Night.

Jeff Daniels, Hope Davis, James Gandolfini and Marcia Gay Harden star in GOD OF CARNAGE, the new play by Yasmina Reza, translated by Christopher Hampton, directed by Matthew Warchus, opened on Broadway at the Bernard Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45 Street), Sunday March 22.
