THE 101 DALMATIANS MUSICAL to Feature Five Columbus Rescue Dalmatians

Based on the beloved book by Dodie Smith and led by an award-winning creative team including four-time Tony Award-winning director Jerry Zaks (A Bronx Tale, Smokey Joe's Cafe, Guys and Dolls), acclaimed bookwriter/co-lyricist B.T. McNicholl (Billy Elliot, Spamalot, The IT Girl), and Dennis DeYoung, co-founder of the legendary rock band Styx, The 101 Dalmatians Musical promises a quirky, upside-down view of the world where the audience sees life from a dog's point of view.

Platt in association with Allen Spivak and Brad Krassner are pleased to announce the addition of Broadway's Sara Gettelfinger to the company of THE 101 DALMATIANS MUSICAL, coming to the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood for two weeks only, June 8-20, 2010.

THE 101 DALMATIANS MUSICAL to Hold Auditions for Dogs at MSG, 2/11

101 DALMATIANS MUSICAL will hold auditions for dogs to win a barking role in the production which will play the Theatre at Madison Square Garden from April 7 to 18, 2010. Auditions will be held on Thursday, February 11 from 2-3 and will be open to the first 101 dog owners to register their dogs. A panel of judges, including members of the musical cast will be on hand to determine the winner.

Gettelfinger Replaces York in 101 DALMATIONS Tour as Cruella

Magic Arts & Entertainment/Tix Productions, Troika Entertainment, Luis Alvarez and Jon B. Platt in association with Allen Spivak and Brad Krassner are pleased to announce the addition of Broadway's Sara Gettelfinger (Seuessical, Anything Goes, Nine and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels) to the company of THE 101 DALMATIANS MUSICAL. Gettelfinger begins performances as the infamous puppy snatcher Cruella De Vil beginning with the show's Chicago engagement at the Cadillac Palace Theatre (151 W. Randolph St.) February 16 - 28, 2010.
