Radio Hosts to Lead Talkbacks Following ALL AMERICAN GIRL, 7/18-19

KPFK 90.7 FM program host Michael Slate and KPCC 89.3 FM morning anchor Steve Julian will lead audience talkbacks following performances of All American Girl on Saturday, July 18 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, July 19 at 3 p.m., respectively.

Playwright Wendy Graf totally deceives in naming her world premiere All American Girl. A much more appropriate and honest title would have been Anti-American Girl. All should run from this as fast as the main character did after she planted both bombs.

Antaeus, L.A.'s classical theater ensemble, opens its 2014 season with a fully partner-cast production of Top Girls, the Obie Award-winning comedy by Caryl Churchill. Previews begin March 6, with two opening nights set for March 13 and March 14 at the Antaeus Theater in NoHo. Cameron Watson directs.
