Irish Flautist Fiona Kelly, currently studying in the Juilliard School of Music, New York, has taken 2nd place in the 'Gheorghe Dima' International Music Competition in the Music Academy in ?Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The competition took place from February 7-11.
