Después de 18 meses de silencio, el rey de la Gran Vía vuelve a rugir.

EL REY LEÓN regresa a la Gran Via madrileña el próximo jueves 23 de septiembre, justo a tiempo para celebrar su décimo aniversario. La décima temporada marca un doble hito: el de ser el primer musical que llega a la década en cartel en Madrid y el de, tras tener los focos apagados durante 18 meses, dar la bienvenida de nuevo al público de la capital con la capacidad del teatro al completo.

Tras 18 meses con las luces apagadas, EL REY LEÓN regresa a la Gran Via madrileña el próximo jueves 23 de septiembre, justo a tiempo para celebrar su décimo aniversario.

La obra se podrá ver a partir del 23 de septiembre en el Teatro Lope de Vega

Disney Theatrical Productions, under the direction of Thomas Schumacher, and Playhouse Square have announced casting for The Lion King North American tour, which will return to the road this fall and resume performances in Cleveland. The two-week return engagement at Playhouse Square will begin Friday, October 1, 2021.

Three of Broadway’s most beloved shows, Hamilton, The Lion King and Wicked, will resume performances on Broadway Tuesday, September 14, 2021, it was announced today on ABC’s “Good Morning America.”

The Ravinia Festival plans to reopen in July for the 2021 summer season. Now, the full lineup has been announced!

The Lion King will begin performances at the KeyBank State Theatre on Friday, October 1 for a limited engagement of 2 weeks (16 performances) through Friday, October 15. The opening night is Tuesday, October 5 at 7:30 PM.

The production, which played 16 performances at DeVos Hall from November 20 through December 1, broke the box office sales record for a two-week touring Broadway engagement in Grand Rapids.
