Seattle Shakespeare Company announced today that local actor and director Terry Edward Moore will stage the company's production of Shakespeare's comedy The Merry Wives of Windsor April 20-May 15, 2011. Moore, one of the original founders of Seattle Shakespeare Company, returns after nearly 15 years to take part in the company's 20th Anniversary season.
For the first time in Ogunquit Playhouse history, the season has been extended past Columbus Day weekend to October 24. Now is the perfect time to see the multi Tony Award winning Broadway musical Chicago, which is receiving rave reviews from the press for its 'stellar casting,' 'sensational staging' and 'killer choreography.' This record-breaking smash hit stars Ogunquit favorite Sally Struthers, as Matron 'Mama' Morton, keeper of the jailhouse keys and George Dvorsky as the slick lawyer, Billy Flynn.
