Between the holiday yard display contest and the Little Theatre's 'A Christmas Carol' on the brink of cancellation, it's a miracle anyone gets tinsel on a tree. Three actors play all 25 colorful citizens of Tuna, including OKKK Radio hosts Thurston Wheelis (Will Mercer) and Arles Struvie (Ryan H. Bailey) who report on the small-town festivities. A TUNA CHRISTMAS is a satirical ode to the season spiked with sass and shenanigans.

No Irish traditional band in recent memory has had a wider impact on audiences throughout the world than Altan, the band of fiery Celts that deliver the warmth and energy of an Irish pub to the performance stage. With Northern Ireland-style twin fiddling and accordion melodies, rhythmic accenting of acoustic guitar and bouzouki, playful kicks of tin whistles and flute in hard-hitting jigs & reels, and plush, evocative traditional vocals, this is an iconic band that is forever fresh and true.
IN THE MOOD, a song and dance celebration of the music of the fabulous 1930s & 40s Big Band era. The great melodies, lyrics and jazzy orchestrations of this era virtually moved the nations spirit and became the sentimental soundtrack of the world. It was a time that all Americans were listening and dancing to the same kind of music. With a sensational 13 piece String of Pearls Big Band Orchestra and a fabulous IN THE MOOD Singers and Dancers cast, the great melodies are given full respect at the Spencer Theater Friday, March 10 at 7 p.m. in a two-act production sponsored in-part by Ron & Sandra Carroll. Excellent seats start at just $39. Call the Spencer Box Office at 575.336.4800 or www.spencertheater.com for tickets and information.
