Davisson Entertainment will present two holiday show at the Hardes Theatre this season: A Tuna Christmas and The Santaland Diaries.

A Tuna Christmas is written by Ed Howard, Joe Sears and Jaston Williams and presented through special arrangement with Samuel French, starring David Barker and Ben Tyler.

The Santaland Diaries is written by David Sedaris, adapted by Joe Mantello and presented through special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service, starring Louis Farber.

The Santaland Diaries:

After a struggling actor arrives in New York City, he can only find employment at Macy's department store working as an elf in Santaland. As the elf Crumpet he recounts tales of obsessive American consumerism with all the enchanting cynicism and jaded horror of a retail veteran. How will he survive the onslaught of drunken Santas, belligerent parents, and flirtatious coworkers? Join Crumpet as he gives audiences a peak into the bedlam of a holiday season department store in this sardonic comedy. Adapted by Joe Mantello, based on essays by David Sedaris, Directed by Toby Yatso, starring Louis Farber. Produced by Davisson Entertainment. *Recommended for mature audiences.

A Tuna Christmas:

Holiday cheer and holiday stress go hand in hand and Tuna, Texas is no different. The little town of Tuna is home to the annual Christmas Yard Display Contest, a cagey competition between the townsfolk. Competition is intense every year and the Christmas Phantom - the unknown assailant of nativity scenes - is at it again. This holiday season take a peek into the lives of this little town gripped by Yuletide terror. Written by Jaston Williams, Joe Sears, and Ed Howard. Directed by Elaine 'E.E' Moe, starring David Barker and Ben Tyler. Produced by Davisson Entertainment.
