America's longest-running touring company National Players present ODYSSEY, MACBETH, and THE COMEDY OF ERRORS April 25 through 27 the Historic Stage at Olney Theatre Center. The 65th Tour of National Players has performed for thousands of people across the country, from Vermont to Texas to South Dakota. They now return to Olney Theatre Center for encore performances of their full repertory in one weekend. ODYSSEY, written by Olney Theatre Center Associate Artistic Director/Director of Education Jason King Jones, and based on Homer's epic tale of Odysseus' journey home will be performed Friday. Shakespeare's MACBETH and THE COMEDY OF ERRORS will be presented in rotating repertory on Saturday and Sunday.
The American Theater Group will present a one-night only concert performance featuring songs from VERY VERY, the brand new electric adaptation of Shakespeare's classic comedy "As You Like It" reimagined as a contemporary rock concert on December 9, 2013 at 8:00 pm at Union County Performing Arts Center's Hamilton Stage.
