Yesterday, May 17, Broadway's Jarrod Spector (JERSEY BOYS) and Justin Bartha (LEND ME A TENOR) were aboard the United Airlines jet that made an emergency landing at Washington Dulles International Airport due to a fire that broke out in the plane's cockpit.

Armed with special guests Ann Hampton Callaway, John Tartaglia, Sam Tsui, Jarrod Spector and Domenic Nolfi, the show was packed with beautiful singing, performance critiques, the reading of hate mail, and love gone astray. Ms. Sings will be making a return to Birdland on Sunday, April 25 at 6pm.

The National Entertainment Fund for the Cultural Arts (NEFCA) and event Co-Chair Michael Steinhardt presented the 6th Annual Broadway Purim Shpiel at the Hudson Theatre on Monday, March 1st, 2010. For one night only, stars from Broadway's biggest hit shows joined together for the Broadway Purim Shpiel, a comedic retelling of the Purim story. All proceeds from the NEFCA production will benefit The Birthright Israel Foundation, an organization dedicated to sending young Jews from across the world to Israel.
