The Mystery of Edwin Drood is playing a limited engagement at Studio 54 (254 West 54th Street) through March 10th, 2013. The original end date was February 10th, 2013. Beginning February 12, Andrew Samonsky will join the company and assume the role of "Neville Landless". Original cast member Andy Karl will play his final performance on February 10.

"From Broadway With Love: A Benefit Concert For Sandy Hook" will take place 7:00 pm on January 28, 2013, at the Palace Theater in Waterbury, Connecticut. The evening will be a concert of love and healing for the Newtown community from the composers, musicians and more than 100 stars of Broadway together with over 100 students from several Newtown dance groups and the Newtown High School Chamber Choir. All proceeds and donations will go directly to United Way of Western Connecticut's Sandy Hook School Support Fund.

Roundabout Theatre Company has just announced that Erin Davie will join the critically acclaimed new Broadway production of Rupert Holmes' Tony Award winning musical comedy The Mystery of Edwin Drood. Betsy Wolfe continues as "Rosa Bud" through February 10th and Erin Davie will assume the role beginning February 12th, 2013.

Stars Stephanie J. Block and Will Chase of Roundabout Theatre Company's The Mystery of Edwin Drood will be interviewed on NY1's "On Stage" this weekend. Air times on channel 1 include Saturday, December 29 at 9:30am and 7:30pm; Sunday, December 30 at 9:30am and 7:30pm; and Monday, December 31 (Tuesday AM) at 12:30am.

Creator Rupert Holmes and star Will Chase of Roundabout Theatre Company's The Mystery of Edwin Drood will be interviewed on "Theater Talk" beginning tonight, December 28 at 1am (early Saturday morning) on Thirteen/PBS (channel 13). Yesterday the cast gatherd at DRG Records to record the cast album of the new 2012 Broadway production. The cast album will be a two-disc set that will also include a new Act Two opening number, additional ballet music from Puffer's opium den, an additional Act One track not previously recorded and eight tracks featuring the confession of each murderer.
