Huntington Theatre Company Announces VENUS IN FUR Special Events

In conjunction with its upcoming production of David Ives' sexy Broadway hit comedy Venus in Fur, Huntington Theatre Company will host a number of special post-show conversations and fun experiences. Admission to onsite post-show events is free with a ticket to Venus in Fur, available at huntingtontheatre.org/venusinfur, by phone at 617 266 0800, or in person at the BU Theatre (264 Huntington Avenue) and Calderwood Pavilion at the BCA (527 Tremont Street) box offices. Tickets start at $25.

Stage & Screen, a collaboration between Coolidge Corner Theatre and Huntington Theatre Company that explores the depictions of shared themes in Huntington productions and acclaimed films continues its second season of collaboration on Monday, January 6 at 7pm with Secretary starring Maggie Gyllenhaal and James Spader. The screening will be followed by a conversation moderated by Boston Globe columnist Meredith Goldstein with Venus in Fur director Daniel Goldstein and actors Andrea Syglowski and Chris Kipiniak.

NBC Renews THE BLACKLIST for Second Season

According to Deadline, NBC has picked up its breakout drama, starring James Spader, for a second season with a 22-episode order. The crime drama debuted strong earlier this fall, and has continued to hold on to the top spot in Adults 18-49 on Mondays.

She can tell you where an object has been, she can tell you what your future is, she can connect with the dead and people from the past, the future, other universes, and she's the only person in this universe who's capable of doing that.
