On Sunday, April 9th at 7:30pm Tony winner Billy Porter, along with Hamilton stars Taran Killam and Brandon Victor Dixon join the lineup of singers for Bryan Terrell Clark's LIVE IN THE LIVING ROOM special engagement concert at W NY Times Square.
NYLON FUSION THEATRE COMPANY and CLOVERLEAF COLLECTIVE are excited to share a first look at Lowell Byers' LUFT GANGSTER, directed by Tony Award winning director Austin Pendleton (Broadway's The Little Foxes, The Runner Stumbles, Shelter, Spoils of War). LUFT GANGSTER began performances Friday, March 31 at the Sheen Center (18 Bleecker St, New York, NY 10012) for a limited run through Sunday, April 16. Opening Night is Saturday, April 1 at 8:00pm.
We all know that February is Black History Month, but did we all take a moment to reflect and celebrate? Well we did just that, Broadway-style, at Sessions on February 23rd. Not only did we invite a starry roster of Broadway's best and brightest to share music representing the influence, importance and impact of African American legacy on Broadway, but we also paid homage to some Broadway trailblazers like Diahann Carroll, Ben Vereen, "Stokes" and more. We even challenged our audience to "name that African American Tony winner," which of course gave us the opportunity to bask in the glorious voices of Melba Moore, Hinton Battle, Heather Headley, Ted Ross, Jennifer Holiday and many more. Broadway at W Times Square continues to wow audiences and hotel guests with their newly hit concert series featuring Broadway cast members and their respective shows accompanied by acoustic guitar and cajon. On Sunday, Feb. 19th cast members from blockbuster shows Natasha, Pierre and The Great Comet of 1812 and the 1st national tour of Hamilton shared their amazing talents in the raw, up close and intimate setting of W Times Square Hotel. Tonight, Lexi Lawson, currently playing 'Eliza Schuyler' in Broadway's Hamilton, will join starry alumni of the Broadway, National Tour, and Off-Broadway companies of the Pulitzer Prize winning musical RENT. The special Valentine's Day tribute to the hit musical will take place on February 12 at The Cutting Room. The show will include songs from the musical, as well as special, unheard stories from former cast members, includingRichard H. Blake (A Bronx Tale, Legally Blonde), Antoine L. Smith (Miss Saigon), Corey Mach (Godspell, Hands on a Hardbody), and Christina Sajous (American Idiot, Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark).

Mitchell Walker and AKA Studio Productions produced Alexa Green's launch party on Sunday, June 19 at 7pm at The Lively featuring Bailen the Band, as well as Broadway veterans Christine Dwyer (WICKED) Amber Iman (SOUL DOCTOR, SHUFFLE ALONG) and Marcus Paul James (RENT, IN THE HEIGHTS). Chris Weaver, Jill Vanderoef, and Blaine Krauss (LION KING, RADIO CITY SPRING SPECTACULAR) sang backup. Green was accompanied on stage by James Sampliner for a special performance as well.
