Stephen DeAngelis presents BROADWAY FRIGHT NIGHT, a celebration of songs from musicals with Supernatural, Horror and Sci-Fi themes. The concert will be held on Monday, October 29th at Green Room 42, Green Fig, Fourth Floor, Yotel NYC, 570 Tenth Avenue (at 42nd Street), New York, NY 10036 at 7 PM.

The production, written by James Parenti, and directed by Emily C. A. Snyder, will have its official opening today, October 5th  at 8:00PM.

Turn to Flesh Productions (TTF) announced on Valentine's Day 2016 the three playwrights selected for their third annual Reading Series: Birds of a Feather by June Guralnick, Dear Little Butterface by Duncan Pflaster (in rhyming couplets), and The Near Far by Leland Frankel.

Directed by Gwenevere Sisco, this production focuses on a diva with a major chip on her shoulder, her long-suffering personal assistant, and a washed up rock star looking for a paycheck. While not a traditional musical, the artists featured in the story perform live original music by James Parenti, Krystle Phelps, and Trish Phelps. Exploring themes of gender, race, and all things celebrity, POPTART! delves into the need to be truly heard ... even if you have nothing to say.

Resident co-founder/co-artistic director Sean Harris directs the American masterpiece Angels in America: Part 1: Millennium Approaches to kick off Playhouse on Park's sixth season. Winner of the 1993 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award, the first part of Tony Kushner's epic depicts life in America during the 1980s. Touching upon the provocative topics of politics, religion, and the AIDS epidemic, Angels in America has been hailed as 'a searching and radical rethinking of American political drama' (New York Times) and 'the most ambitious American Play of our time' (Newsweek). This production is recommended for audiences sixteen and up.
