Huntington Theatre Company announced today the cast and creative team for the world premiere production of The Purists.

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director/CEO) has just announced a new Broadway production of Tony Kushner & Jeanine Tesori's Tony Award nominated and Olivier Award winning musical Caroline, or Change starring 2019 Olivier Award winner Sharon D Clarke reprising her role as a?oeCarolinea?? from the acclaimed West End production.

Jake Gyllenhaal and Tom Sturridge just started previews of Sea Wall/A Life at Broadway's Hudson Theatre, and the duo recently took to 45th Street to help cover the back of the theatre with artwork from artist JR and his global art project known as the Inside Out Project. BroadwayWorld first reported last month that SLAVE PLAY will come to Broadway this fall. Producers Greg Nobile and Jana Shea of Seaview Productions, Troy Carter, Level Forward, and Nine Stories, founded by Jake Gyllenhaal and Riva Marker, have officially announced that the acclaimed new play by Jeremy O. Harris, directed by Robert O'Hara, will be coming to Broadway's Golden Theatre (252 West 45th Street) this fall. The strictly limited 17-week engagement will begin preview performances Tuesday, September 10, ahead of an official opening night of Sunday, October 6.

Bay Street Theater and Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the summer intern production, INCOGNITO by Nick Payne, directed by Bay Street's DirectingProducing intern Kellie M. Beck and starring Bay Street Theater's 2019 Acting Apprentices. This production will run as a show directed, produced, designed and acted entirely by the summer intern company at Bay Street Theater. Performances run from August 8 - 10 with twilight performances at 4 pm.  Tickets will be sold as Pay What You Can style directly at the box office.
