Today, the orchestra announces mainstage programmes from September to December 2021 and collaborations with esteemed arts groups. An array of notable guest artists will be featured together with several premieres. The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra and its Resident Conductor Lio Kuokman will present a world premiere by Chan Kai-young, a Mozart piano concerto with Colleen Lee, and a Schumann symphony on 26 June 2021 (Sat) in the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall.

The New York Philharmonic has announced its 2021–22 season, marking the Orchestra’s long-awaited return to subscription performances following an 18-month period of cancellations due to the pandemic. For the first time in modern history the Philharmonic will be performing outside its home for an entire season.
