The Tony award winning musical IN THE HEIGHTS takes the stage at the Fox Theatre for an extended run. The show examines the lives of the various characters that populate the New York neighborhood known as Washington Heights, and features an infectious mix of rap and Latin music styles. It's an exuberant production filled with plenty of good humor, and it features a positive, upbeat message which will linger in your mind long after the show has ended.

The 7pm concert will celebrate the work of composer and lyricist team Joshua Salzman and Ryan Cunningham. Those scheduled to perform are Wade Dooley, Wade Elkins, Jennifer Lorae, John Pinto, Isabel Santiago and Ali Stroker.

George Psomas was awarded the title of 'Broadway Idol 2007' this past Friday night at the conclusion of the final round of the NYMF Broadway Idol competition at Stitch Bar & Lounge. Along with the title, Psomas earned his very own solo concert to be produced by Ars Nova.

Three finalists - Auri Marcus, George Psomas and Isabel Santiago - will compete for the title and their very own Ars Nova concert in the final round of NYMF's 'Broadway Idol' this Friday, October 5.
