Orchestra Of St. Luke's Kicks Off Annual Carnegie Hall Series, October 17

In his second season as principal conductor, Bernard Labadie leads Orchestra of St. Luke's (OSL) in its 33rd concert series in Carnegie Hall's Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage. The series begins with Italian pianist Beatrice Rana joining OSL for two Bach keyboard concertos on Thursday, October 17 at 8:00 p.m. The program is bookended by two works by Mendelssohn: The Hebrides Overture and a?oeScottisha?? Symphony.

Celebrating its twenty-second year, the 2019 Beijing Music Festival (BMF) presents an art feast for audiences during Beijing's golden autumn. Over the past two decades, world-renowned conductor Long Yu established a rich artistic foundation for the Beijing Music Festival. THE DAY Comes To Jacob's Pillow, July 31

Jacob's Pillow presents the highly-anticipated world premiere of THE DAY, featuring world renowned cellist Maya Beiser and legendary dancer Wendy Whelan with choreography by the groundbreaking postmodern dance artist Lucinda Childs and music by Pulitzer Prize-winning David Lang in the Doris Duke Theatre, July 31-Aug 4. Co-commissioned by Jacob's Pillow, the multidisciplinary work explores memory, life's journey, resilience, and survival of the soul through the shared language of music and dance. 

Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra Announces Program Change For Season Finale

The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra (CSO) announced a program change for the performances at Music Hall on Friday, May 10, at 11 AM and Saturday, May 11, at 8 PM. The program will now open with Music Director Louis Langree conducting Mozart's Violin Concerto No. 4 with Associate Concertmaster Stefani Matsuo as the soloist. The Mozart concerto takes the place of the previously announced Schubert Symphony No. 8. The second half of the program with Mahler's Symphony No. 5 is unchanged.

Park ICM Welcomes Spring With Two Concerts

Stanislav Ioudenitch, Artistic Director at Park International Center for Music, announced Wednesday that Park ICM is offering not one, but two late March concerts to welcome spring.
