Mexico City band El Shirota releases new single “Influyente” via DIW Records.  The song exemplifies the post-punk and post-hardcore sound that they are known for. They share, “in the era of social media where content is king and everything we say becomes indelible and part of the public domain, 'Influyente.'

Hollywood's trailblazer Rafael J. Rivera-Viruet, known in the industry as Ralph Rivera is a movie financier, executive and author originally from Puerto Rico. His book Dream Chaser - The Business of Showbiz has been nominated by the 22nd International Latino Books Awards, the largest Latino cultural awards in the United States.

Seven years may be a long time for a band to release their debut album, but for Mexico City's El Shirota it was worth the wait. Today, they released their dizzying new single “La Ciudad” and announced the June 12 release of their long-awaited debut album, Tiempos Raros, via the esteemed, newly resurrected label Devil In The Woods.
