On Wednesday, September 14, original Broadway cast members Roger Bart, Kerry Butler, Rachel York and Jennifer Simard joined show creator and event host Seth Rudetsky for a special live performance and CD signing at Barnes & Noble - Upper East Side. Performances included 'Do You Wanna Make Love?' (Roger Bart, Kerry Butler), 'I Am Woman' (Kerry Butler), 'Mockingbird' (Rachel York, Seth Rudetsky), 'I Will Survive' (Rachel York), 'Never Can Say Goodbye' (Jennifer Simard) and a special performance of the Broadway for Orlando charitable single, 'What the World Needs Now is Love.' 

The Broadway premiere of the new musical Dear Evan Hansen has found a new home: it will officially open at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th St), and not at the Belasco Theatre, as previously announced.

Kinky Boots, now in its second year and the winner of every major Best Musical award, today announces the opening of a new booking period, with tickets now available until Saturday 6 May 2017. Tickets for this extended period will go on sale from Friday 9 September 2016, the day after the production celebrates its first birthday in the West End.

Disaster! producers Robert Ahrens and Hunter Arnold and Broadway Records President Van Dean today announced the release of 'Never Can Say Goodbye,' the first single from the forthcoming Original Broadway Cast Recording (out Friday, September 9, 2016), available for digital download on the label's website at BroadwayRecords.com. The classic 70's single is performed by 2016 Tony Award nominee Jennifer Simard of the critically-acclaimed new musical comedy.

The Toronto Alliance for the Performing Arts (TAPA) today announced the date, creative team, host and venue for the 37th Annual Dora Mavor Moore Awards, the awards show and party that celebrates extraordinary Toronto talent in the performing arts. Dora Awards Producer Jacoba Knaapen announced that the much-anticipated event will take place on Monday, June 27 and that it will, for the third time in a row, be held under the stars at Harbourfront Centre. The company of the critically acclaimed musical comedy Disaster! will reunite to record the original Broadway cast album on Monday, May 16.  The cast recording will be released by Broadway Records onFriday, September 9, 2016. After 309 performances at the Davenport Theatre, the Drama Desk Award-Nominated new musical DADDY LONG LEGS will play its final Off-Broadway performance on Monday, June 6th. 

Although the Royal Alexandra Theatre will close for six months for a major renovation as soon as the show closes, the producers of KINKY BOOTS have managed to squeeze in one more final performance of the immensely popular musical.  The extra show, added to keep up with demand, will be performed on Sunday, May 15 at 7PM. 

Just announced, Broadway's new musical comedy DISASTER! will play its final performance early on Sunday, May 8, 2016, after playing 32 preview and 72 regular performances at the Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41 Street).

Ken Davenport and Michael Jackowitz, the producers of the new Off-Broadway musical DADDY LONG LEGS, have announced that the winner of the "Give A Girl Her Chance" contest will perform live tonight at the Davenport Theatre.  Una Morrison of Derry City, Ireland will take the stage for her Off-Broadway debut after tonight's 7pm performance of DADDY LONG LEGS.
