Artists Repertory Theatre and Sydney Theatre Company bring the world-class production of Long Day's Journey Into Night to Portland, Oregon beginning August 13, 2010. The stellar reviews from the smash hit premiere run in Sydney, Australia are now available.

Zoë Wanamaker will star as Madame Ranevskaya in the National Theatre's production of Chekhov's THE CHERRY ORCHARD, whatsonstage.com reports. The production will be directed by Howard Davies and will run in 2011. As previously reported on BroadwayWorld, the production will be broadcast as part of the National Theatre Live intiative.

The National Theatre is delighted to announce show titles for the second season of National Theatre Live (NT LIVE), a successful new initiative to broadcast live performances from the National's stages to cinemas worldwide.

Howard Davies' critically acclaimed production of All My Sons at the Apollo Theatre has extended its run by 3 weeks and is now booking until 2 October 2010. The cast for the Tricycle's Women, Power and Politics - a season exploring the history and current role of women in politics in Great Britain - will comprise Simon Chandler, Oliver Chris, Claire Cox, Heather Craney, Niamh Cusack, Stella Gonet, John Hollingworth, Amy Loughton, Tom Mannion, Kika Markham, Lara Rossi and Felix Scott.

So close to his own life, Long Day's Journey Into Night is a story O'Neill did not want shared until 25 years after his death.

The Tricycle Theatre will present Women, Power and Politics, a season opening immediately after the general election, exploring the history and current role of women in politics in Great Britain through twelve different plays, a film festival, curtain raisers (in conjunction with the National Theatre Studio) and an exhibition in the Tricycle's Gallery.

The play, by Arthur Miller, will begin May 27th, 2010 and is directed by Olivier award winner Howard Davies. Davies won the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Director for his work on ALL MY SONS on the West End. Wanamaker will play Kate Keller, while Suchet will play the husband, Joe Keller. Additional casting is yet to be announced.
