First love, first therapist, coming out, and TWO (!?) award-winning musicals. Join Jeff-award nominee Matthew Huston as he explores coming out as a queer man, first love, and learning how to love and accept himself in "IT'S BEEN A F*CKING YEAR" - directed by Derek Van Barham, with musical direction by Justin Harner.  He will be joined by Chicago gems Honey West and Scott Gryder for a retrospect of the year that was…and wasn't.

Porchlight Music Theatre's Mainstage 2018 - 2019 season launches with Gypsy, A Musical Fable, October 12 - November 25, at The Ruth Page Center for the Arts, 1016 N. Dearborn Street, with book by Arthur Laurents, music by Jule Styne and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim.  Porchlight Music Theatre's Gypsy stars E. Faye Butler as "Rose," is directed by Michael Weber, music directed by David Fiorello and choreographed/associate directed by Chris Carter.

Friday night in Jones Beach, NY, history was made when IAN McDONALD of HONEY WEST and fellow originalForeigner member Al Greenwood joined the band – Mick Jones (lead guitar), Kelly Hansen (lead vocals), Tom Gimbel (rhythm guitar, sax, vocals), Jeff Pilson (bass, vocals), Michael Bluestein (keyboards), Bruce Watson (guitar) and Chris Frazier (drums) – for an impromptu performance on “Hot Blooded” as part of its North American “Juke Box Heroes” Tour.

The renowned Frog & Peach Theatre Company follows up their record breaking Sheen Center debut of 2017's Macbeth with A Midsummer Night's Dream. William Shakespeare's rollicking romp of romance, wizardry, and show biz. The production opened on February 1 and runs through February 25 at The Sheen Center Black Box Theatre.

The renowned Frog & Peach Theatre Company follows up their record breaking Sheen Center debut of 2017's Macbeth with A Midsummer Night's Dream. William Shakespeare's rollicking romp of romance, wizardry, and show biz runs February 1 - 25, with Opening Night slated for Saturday, February 3 at The Sheen Center Black Box Theatre.

Following the company's first year in its own home of the Pride Arts Center at 4139 and 4147 N. Broadway, Pride Films and Plays led the BroadwayWorld Resident Non-Equity Awards with ten wins - the most for any company. The honors were split between PRISCILLA: QUEEN OF THE DESERT and THE NANCE.

Last night, one of rock's most desired reunions made history last night when IAN McDONALD of HONEY WEST joined fellow original Foreigner members Lou Gramm and Al Greenwood for an impromptu appearance with Foreigner on stage ? for the first time since 1980 ? at the Northwell Health Jones Beach Theatre for a memorable rendition of some of the band's biggest hits as part of its 40th anniversary tour.
