THE STONE WITCH to Begin Performances Off-Broadway on Monday 3/12

Producers Darlene Kaplan, Laura Janik Cronin and Scott Newsome, in association with Alec Seymour, present the Off-Broadway premiere of The Stone Witch, a play by Shem Bitterman (A Death in Colombia, Influence).  Performances begin Monday, March 12, 2018 for an open-ended engagement atThe Westside Theatre - Upstairs (407 West 43rd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues).  Opening Night is Sunday evening, March 25, 2018 at 6:30PM.

Dorset Theatre Festival Announces 2018 Summer Season

Dorset Theatre Festival, under the leadership of Artistic Director Dina Janis, Producing Director Will Rucker, and Executive Director Marissa Hutton, is proud to announce its 41st Season, featuring Herb Gardner's I'm Not Rappaport starring Judd Hirsch (June 21 - July 14); Skeleton Crew by Dominique Morisseau (July 19 - August 4); Pride and Prejudice from the novel by Jane Austen adapted by Kate Hamill (August 9 - 25); Holland Taylor's Ann starring Jayne Atkinson (August 29 - September 1); and Pipeline Series: Four New Works in Process (June 26, July 10, July 31, and August 12). All performances will take place at the Dorset Playhouse (104 Cheney Rd, Dorset, VT 05251).

David Richards Launches New Theatrical Management Agency RCI Theatricals

David Richards is proud to announce the launch of RCI Theatricals, a theatrical general management company. Commencing operations Monday, February 26, RCI Theatricals will supply general management services to a variety of theatrical productions including Anastasia on Broadway and on tour, as well as the upcoming Broadway revivals of Children of a Lesser God and Torch Song, and many shows in development.

Theater Resources Unlimited (TRU) presents their popular Writer-Producer Speed Date on Sunday, March 4, 2018. In deference to Oscar night, the event will start one hour earlier than usual: from 4:30pm - 8:00pm at NOLA Rehearsal Studio, 244 W 54th St., 11th floor. Application is free, and you must apply prior to purchasing your spot, on sale February 24, 2018. A World Premiere By Timothy McNeil, ISAAC BABEL AND THE BLACK SEA Now Playing at Stella Adler Academy Theatre

Stages Repertory Theatre presents the Houston premiere of Ann, the critically acclaimed one-woman production about iconic, larger-than-life Texas Governor Ann Richards featuring the incomparable Sally Edmundson, a longtime Stages favorite known for her starring roles in productions including Auntie Mame, Full Gallop, Driving Miss Daisy and Steel Magnolias. Written by and originally starring Emmy Award-winning actress Holland Taylor, Ann premiered at The Grand 1894 Opera House in Galveston in 2010 under the title Money, Marbles and Chalk: An Affectionate Portrait of Ann Richards, and premiered on Broadway in 2013.
