NBC Sports Group begins its live coverage of NFL Kickoff 2014, featuring the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks hosting the Green Bay Packers, with a special two-hour edition of Pro Football Talk on NBCSN today at 5:30 p.m. ET.

Two of college football's most storied programs meet one final time this Saturday in primetime on NBC, as the No. 15 Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the University of Michigan Wolverines close the book on another chapter of their iconic rivalry.

Former NFL Defensive Player of the Year Jason Taylor and longtime NFL coach Kevin Gilbride will join Mike Florio and new co-host and veteran NFL commentatorPaul Burmeister to discuss the hottest NFL topics this season on Pro Football Talk, NBCSN's weekday NFL news program. In addition, Mike Ryan, who boasts 26 NFL seasons of athletic training experience, will join PFT to provide perspective on injuries and sports medicine.

NBCSN is launching NBCSN Sunday Sports Report, a weekly one-hour program that will showcase the news and highlights of the sports properties that primarily air on NBC and NBCSN. The one-hour program premieres August 17 at 11:30 p.m. ET. NBC Sports Group Chairman Mark Lazarus made the announcement today at the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour in Los Angeles, Calif.
