This spring, UW Drama students will take on Tony Kushner's seminal, era-defining play about AIDS and homosexuality in 1980s America, Angels in America-at least, they'll take on half of it.

In the Bar of a Tokyo Hotel, one of Tennessee Williams lesser known works, opens on Wednesday, March 15 at 292 Theatre on The Lower East Side. The production was recently produced at the 2016 Tennessee Williams Theatre Festival in Provincetown, Massachusetts where it played to sold-out houses. Legendary New York actor/writer/director, Everett Quinton who is best known for his work with Ridiculous Theatrical Company, directs.

Join the Richmond Symphony and DUKES of Dixieland for an evening of New Orleans Jazz under the direction of Music Director, Steven Smith tonight, January 31 at 8:00 p.m. at the Carpenter Theatre at Richmond CenterStage. Opening the concert will be local favorite No B.S. Brass Band in their debut with a symphony orchestra.
