The 90s are back! LezCab, a non-profit theatre company devoted to creating an accurate and meaningful representation of queer women in order to foster equality and community, will present LezCab Sings the 90s on August 29, 2016 at Joe's Pub.

LezCab, a non-profit theatre company devoted to creating an accurate and meaningful representation of queer women in order to foster equality and community, will present LezCab Sings the 90s on May 28, 2016 at Le Poisson Rouge. 

Broadway veteran Haviland Stillwell returns to Joe's Pub at the Public Theatre on Sunday, February 7th for a concert at 7:30pm, featuring her trademark eclectic and electric array of songs.

Critically-acclaimed cabarettist Molly Pope returns to Joe's Pub for the live recording of her very first album, An Audience with Molly Pope. Drawing from a catalogue of re-contextualized pop, theater and standards, the "viscerally thrilling alto" (Time Out New York) brings a mix of favorite repertoire and new material.

Katie Thompson (Encores! Pump Boys & Dinettes, Giant) will host Musical Theatre Factory's Salon tonight. She will be joined by special guests including Lauren Blackman, Katie Rose Clarke (Wicked, The Light in the Piazza), Parker Down, Stephanie Gibson (Cinderella, The Addams Family), Steven Jamail, Scott McLean and Haviland Stillwell (Les Miserables, Fiddler on the Roof).

LezCab, formerly a cabaret series, is now a non-profit theatre company, with the mission to create an accurate and meaningful representation of queer women in musical theatre in order to foster equality and community. LezCab produces cabarets, new works, re-imagined classics, and social and networking events by, for, and about queer women in musical theatre.

Everybody's favorite character actress/singer/ comedienne from stage, TV and film Mary Jo Catlett will appear in S.T.A.G.E on May 9 at 7: 30 at the Saban in Beverly Hills. This year's show is entitled To Broadway from Hollywood...with Love. What are you doing in the show this year?

"Sing Me Home" is a new musical set to premiere at the prestigious New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) on July 20th but Los Angeles had the honor of hosting its debut at Rockwell on Sunday, July 13th. Featuring a variety of performers, each song was introduced by writing team, Amber Cassell or author/singer/songwriter Kristy Hanson who penned all 13 songs.

What happens when Star Wars collides with Disney? Star Wars Musical is a parody of Episode IV: A New Hope, adapting Classic Disney songs, including "A Whole New World" and "When You Wish Upon a Star", and mashing them up with John Williams' Star Wars Themes. Dedicated fans, actors, and film professionals have come together to create this ultimate love letter that celebrates fandoms across different worlds in a combination live action/animated film. The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) will present two concert performances of the original musical Sing Me Home Sunday, July 20 at 8 p.m. and Monday, July 21 at 1 p.m.

It was a mini 2004 FIDDLER ON THE ROOF Broadway revival reunion at the wedding of celebrity fitness expert Craig Ramsay and celebrity hairstylist Brandon Liberati at the Riviera Palm Springs last weekend. On May 19, 2014, Vitello's Jazz and Supperclub presents Triple Threat, a monthly Broadway concert series, featuring some of LA's finest Broadway talent. This theme for this month's concert is Disney, and will feature Broadway singers performing songs from both Disney movies and musicals. The performance from the cast of LES MISERABLES began with Hugh Jackman taking the stage to perform the new original song 'Suddenly' from Tom Hooper's adaptation, where he was then joined by Russell Crowe, Amanda Seyfried, Samantha Barks, Aaron Tveit, Helena Bonham Carter, Sacha Baron Cohen and Eddie Redmayne - as well as numerous members from the show's various productions - to perform the Act One Finale 'One Day More', while Anne Hathaway will sing a section of 'I Dreamed A Dream'.
