The Colony, Palm Beach Reaches Phase 2 of 'Re-Imagining'

The Colony Hotel – the center of Palm Beach Society since 1947 – celebrated a $9-million “re-imagining” by internationally renowned decorator Carleton Varney less than a year ago. This week, the landmark boutique hotel is launching the next phase of its extraordinary property-wide re-do focused on The Colony's Pavilion ballroom and meeting space, three luxury penthouses and seven charming two-bedroom villas.

Cultural Council of Palm Beach County Launches Annual Cultural Guide

The Cultural Council of Palm Beach County launches this week a new art&culture product designed with the tourist in mind. The Annual Cultural Guide 2015 will be sent to cultural tourists in New York and Boston in the hopes it will not only stimulate a visit, but a visit to any one of more than 200 world-class arts organizations in the county.

Lewis Black to Host Williamstown Theatre Festival Gala, 11/14

The Williamstown Theatre Festival (Jenny Gersten, Artistic Director) will honor the Festival's renowned Training Programs at its Annual Benefit, 'We The Future,' to be held on Monday, November 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the Edison Ballroom in New York City (240 West 47th Street), it was announced today. The evening, hosted by Award-winning comedian (and Williamstown veteran) Lewis Black, will feature former WTF alumni Tony Goldwyn (Promises, Promises; 1981 Non-Equity Company), Kathryn Hahn (Revolutionary Road, 1997 Non-Equity Company) and Constantine Maroulis ('American Idol,' 2002 WTF Apprentice), performing with members of the 2011 Apprentice and Non-Equity companies.

This week Playboy announced its online 'Fall Fashion Guide' which launched to coincide with Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. It features prominent actor, dancer and model Nick Adams to help showcase the Americana-inspired autumnal styles. Adams, 25, recently starred in Broadway's 'A Chorus Line' as Larry and soon will be recognized for his upcoming 2(x)ist underwear campaign. The talented and very busy young actor let BroadwayWorld TV tag along as he spent the day at the Playboy offices in preparation for the online pictorials launch.
