The San Diego Theatre Critics Circle has announced the nominations for its 16th annual Craig Noel Awards for Theatrical Excellence, which will be presented in a ceremony on Feb. 12, 2018, at the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation in San Diego.

This week, the Broadwaysted Crew released Part Three of their spoof of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol written by show cohost Kevin Jaeger. In the epic conclusion of A Broadwaysted Carol Channing, Scrooge (Michael Cerveris) attends a party hosted by his niece, Fred (Jenna Ushkowitz) and gets a terrifying glimpse of his future.

This week, the Broadwaysted Crew was back with Part Two of their 'Broadway Baby' treatment of Charles Dickens' classic tale penned by show cohost Kevin Jaeger. The Saga of Scrooge (Michael Cerveris) continues with a host of special appearances by some of Broadway's brightest stars including James Monroe Iglehart, Lesli Margherita, Hannah Elless, Kara Lindsay, Adam Kaplan and many more!

Broadwaysted, the popular and hilarious theater podcast, is thrilled to announce the World Premiere of A Broadwaysted Carol Channing, a three-part radio play spoof of Charles Dickens' classic tale 'A Christmas Carol' featuring an All-Star cast of Broadway favorites. Written and edited by Kevin Jaeger, A Broadwaysted Carol Channing serves as the centerpiece of Broadwaysted's Holiday campaign to raise money for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS this December.

Hosted by series Producing Artistic Director and Casting Director Stephen DeAngelis, the popular series allows performers to showcase their versatility and share anecdotes about their experiences. Performers scheduled for November 27th are Zach Adkins (Anastasia), Kennedy Caughell (Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812), Erin Clemons (Hamilton), Kayla Davion (Waitress), Amanda Lea LaVergne (Annie), Tony LePage (Come From Away), Madison Micucci (The Band's Visit), Katie Sexton (The Play That Goes Wrong) and Eric Ulloa (On Your Feet!). Based on the 1993 MGM film starring Johnny Depp, Mary Stuart Masterson and Aidan Quinn, it focuses on three characters, each insulated by their unique circumstances, and how they ultimately overcome their limitations to live the life they've always wanted. Love, family, compassion, and understanding are the foundation of the piece and, as they grow, so do we.

The 1990's are back in a big way, in fashion, in remakes, and now on stage with a new musical version of the indie hit movie BENNY AND JOON, now playing at the Old Globe through October 22nd. After three episodes of twists and turns, the final installment of Broadwaysted Away is finally released today! Entitled 'Part Three: Part Two (The Final One),' this extended closing chapter of the Broadwaysted Away saga finds our heroes facing off against the Mastermind, Andrew Briedis, and his evil plan to use Kevin to smash Lin-Manuel Miranda.
