Higher Ground and Spruce Peak Arts have announced An Evening with Martin Sexton, co-presented by Higher Ground.

Trinkle MainStage plays are back at Mill Mountain Theatre featuring the incredibly powerful and true story based on the famed diary of a young girl, The Diary of Anne Frank.

Carnegie Hall celebrates the start of its 2022–2023 season with an Opening Night Gala concert on Thursday, September 29 at 7:00 p.m. featuring The Philadelphia Orchestra conducted by Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin. Acclaimed pianist Daniil Trifonov is the soloist for this special evening, performing Liszt's Piano Concerto No. 1. Also on the program is Ravel's La valse, Gabriela Lena Frank's “Chasqui” from Leyendas: An Andean Walkabout, and Dvořák's Symphony No. 8 rounding out the festive evening.

​​​​​​​Ravinia's fall-spring Bennett Gordon Hall concert series returns in 2022-23 for the first time since 2019 and will include 22 festival premieres. The concerts run from Oct. 15 through May 5 in Ravinia's most intimate space, the 450-seat Bennett Gordon Hall. It mirrors the celebrated festival season by showcasing a variety of talented artists across several genres, including classical and jazz, as well as a popular children's musical theatre.

Skylight Music Theatre has announced the full cast for the smash hit musical Mamma Mia! running from September 23 – October 16, 2022. Performances take place in the beautiful Cabot Theatre at the Broadway Theatre Center.

Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center is offering a stellar series of jazz performances with more than two dozen musicians, vocalists, and dancers appearing in West Chester this September through December, hosted by local jazz and blues artist, Sara Michaels.

Producer Mark Cortale's Broadway in New Orleans concert series will present Christine Ebersole, two-time Tony Award-winner for Grey Gardens and 42nd Street and star of Oscar-winning films such as Amadeus and Tootsie, on Saturday, October 15 at 7:30 PM with renowned entertainer Billy Stritch at the piano. 

CHELSEA TABLE + STAGE will present the New York premiere of IT: A Musical Parody for 13 performances only, opening Thursday, October 20 and running through a special Halloween performance on Monday, October 31.

The 92nd Street Y, New York School of Music has announced a new guest for their popular interview series, Cabaret Conversations, now in its third year. Led by award-winning cabaret historian and performer Michael Kirk Lane, the series was recently the recipient of the 2022 Manhattan Association of Cabaret Award for Best Virtual Presentation.

New York Youth Symphony has announced its 2022/23 season of performances for its Musical Theater Songwriting program. Led by director Anna K. Jacobs, the Musical Theater Songwriting Program continues into its fifth season, in partnership with the Harlem School of the Arts and Molloy/CAP21 Theatre Arts Program.

BIRDLAND THEATER will present the return of Mairi Dorman-Phaneuf – the acclaimed cellist celebrating her recent album Music of Broadway for Cello and Piano – on Monday, September 19 at 8:30 PM.
