The project was scheduled to begin filming on February 28, 2014, and now the man at the center of the film, rocker Gregg Allman, is suing producers at Unclaimed Freight, saying the Formal Option Agreement with director Randall Miller's company expired when principal production did not begin on time.

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum's All for the Hall fundraiser will return to Los Angeles for the first time in nearly three years.
