International newcomer Kimbra is featured on the latest release from CONVERSE'S Three Artists. One Song music series. The original track, 'Warrior,' also features Mark Foster and A-Trak and was written, produced and directed by the three artists.

Canadian pop-rock icons Tegan and Sara are in the studio recording their as-yet-untitled seventh studio album, the follow-up to their 2009 album Sainthood. The Quin sisters are working with three separate producers on the album: Greg Kurstin (The Shins, Lily Allen, Sia), Mike Elizondo (Regina Spektor, Mastodon, Rilo Kiley), and Justin Meldal-Johnsen (Neon Trees, M83, Moving Units).

Now the Independent is reporting that Sheridan Smith will be confirmed to play the title role in the production.

Fielding is working with British recording artist Lily Allen and Greg Kurstin on the musical's score and lyrics and is working on the book with assistance from Julian Webber. Stephen Daldry, the director of BILLY ELLIOT, directed the recent workshop alongside Webber and choreographer Peter Darling; Working Title is producing the project.
