Karen Ziemba, a Tony Award-winner and star of Long Wharf Theatre's smash hit production of Sylvia, will be performing at the 2010 Gala: Take the Stage, held on Monday, June 7.

Long Wharf Theatre to Present HAVE YOU SEEN US? Reading in DC, 6/9

The Faith & Politics Institute will present the Long Wharf Theatre production of HAVE YOU SEEN US?, written by master playwright Athol Fugard, in a one-night only staged reading Wednesday, June 9 at 6 p.m. at Folger Theatre, located at 201 East Capitol Street, Washington, D.C. The reading will be followed by a panel discussion with Mr. Fugard, director Gordon Edelstein, and the cast. The evening's Honorary Host is the Honorable Rep. Rosa DeLauro and NPR's legal affairs correspondent Nina Totenberg will moderate the panel discussion.

Jones & Dukakis Lead Roundabout Productions in 2010-2011 Season

Roundabout Theatre Company has announced two additional productions as part of the 2010-2011 theatrical season. Cherry Jones will be starring in George Bernard Shaw's Mrs. Warren's Profession, directed by Doug Hughes. Olympia Dukakis will star in Tennessee Williams' The Milk Train Doesn't Stop Here Anymore, directed by Michael Wilson.

Kirk Douglas Theatre Hosts Two Dale Orlandersmith Plays, Both Begin In July

With the tough beauty of her writing and the fierce authenticity of her characters, Pulitzer Prize finalist and Obie Award-winning playwright Dael Orlandersmith will bring two of her works to Los Angeles in July and August, the West Coast premiere of her solo performance piece 'Stoop Stories' and the world premiere of her new play 'Bones.' Both plays will be presented as part of DouglasPlus programming at Center Theatre Group's Kirk Douglas Theatre in Culver City.
