The Times Square Alliance and Spectacolor have partnered with the Tony Awards, the American Theatre Wing and The Broadway League to broadcast the Tony Nominations LIVE in their entirety to the Clear Channel Spectacolor HD video screen in Times Square.
On May 5th at 8:30am EST, Cynthia Nixon and Lin-Manuel Miranda will announce the 2009 Tony Awards nominations from the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts. Tickets to the 2009 Tony Awards will go on sale that same morning at 9am EST.
The nominations announcement will be hosted by Tony Award winning actress Cynthia Nixon and Tony Award winning actor Lin-Manuel Miranda on May 5th at the New York Public Library for Performing Arts, Dorothy and Lewis B.
