TRAVELS WITH MY AUNT Returns to Citizens Theatre

Citizens Theatre Announces Spring 2017 Productions

Citizens Theatre to Present DANCE OF DEATH

?In association with the Citizens Theatre, joint Artistic Director of Vox Motus Candice Edmunds presents a new adaptation of August Strindberg's Dance of Death in the Citizens Theatre's Circle Studio next month from 22 April. Adapted by Frances Poet, designed by Graham McLaren and starring Tam Dean Burn, Lucianne McEvoy  and Andy Clarke, Dance of Death brings together some of the best creative talent in Scottish theatre.

Today Keen Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein announced his plans for the upcoming season: "I am thrilled to present Keen's 16th season. This season, we will present two very different plays in uniquely different styles, each of which makes us contemplate fundamental questions about identity. In the fall, I will direct Giles Havergal's wonderfully theatrical adaptation of Graham Greene 's comedic novel Travels With My Aunt and I am thrilled to welcome back Thomas Jay Ryan, with whom I collaborated with on The Temperamentals, as well as Daniel Jenkins, a Keen alum I have always wanted to work with.

A duo of experienced pros with extensive Broadway, regional and TV experience, Bernie Passeltiner, and Christian Kohn, will perform the powerful show TUESDAYS WITH MORRIE at the Saint Michael's Playhouse July 3-13. Written by Jeffrey Hatcher and sportswriter Mitch Albom, the show will be staged, evenings at 8 p.m. on July 3, 5, 6, 9-13; matinees at 2 p.m. July 6 and 13.

Vertigo Theatre Announces Upcoming Season

Craig Hall, Artistic Director of Vertigo Theatre, during a near capacity season launch event, announced the company's 2013/2014 Vertigo Mystery Theatre season, renamed BD&P Mystery Theatre series, thanks to a generous funding commitment announced by Cheryl Gottselig, Partner/Lawyer, from Burnet Duckworth & Palmer LLP Law Firm. Hall was joined by Nathan Pronyshyn, Y Stage Theatre series Producer, who revealed the season line up for Y Stage Theatre series.
